Konstantin is a partner in Deloitte & Touche LLP’s Audit & Assurance practice.

He has more than 14 years of experience in public accounting with a focus on IPOs, SEC filers, and emerging growth companies. Konstantin works with a wide variety of clients, including large, public companies in addition to smaller technology companies.

Konstantin is a licensed CPA in the state of California. He received a BS in Business Administration from University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
